My Story
My name is Zach Peck, and I am the owner of Who’s Next Outdoor Services. I first started Who’s Next when I was 22 years old here in Northwest Arkansas. I bought my first pressure washing machine and set out on a goal to start an outdoor cleaning business. I went door knocking, made door hangers, sent emails, wrote cards, and put out flyers and it was working. Business started picking up, and I was super busy with my first summer pressure washing.Who knew?!
That following spring, I soon realized that I wanted more equipment so that I could stay busier all the time. I couldn’t stand being at home when I wasn’t pressure washing, so I bought a mower, a couple weed eaters, and a leaf blower. I got to work quickly building clientele. I had never been more busy in my entire life that summer, but I loved it. I knew that if I was going to extend my services, I would have to rebrand. So, I changed my then business name from Who’s Next Pressure Washing Services to Who’s Next Outdoor Services and really got to it. I was mowing and pressure washing so much, I had no idea what I wanted to do next to keep growing my business.
Then, I started noticing all the dump trailers around. They were popping up in the area, and I realized there was a growing demand for hauling services. People were constantly needing stuff removed, whether it was from home renovations, yard clean-ups, or just spring cleaning. It clicked adding a dump trailer to my lineup would be the perfect way to expand.
So, I took the leap and bought a dump trailer. Just like the pressure washing and lawn care, I hit the ground running marketing through social media, networking with contractors, and offering quick, reliable hauling services. It wasn’t long before my calendar was packed again.
At that point, Who’s Next was more than just a side hustle it was a full-fledged business. As I continued to grow, I started realizing the value in diversification. The more services I could offer, the more ways I could serve my community, and that was the ultimate goal: providing top-notch, reliable outdoor services for Northwest Arkansas.
It’s been an incredible journey so far, and I’m always thinking about the next step whether it’s adding more equipment, training a team, or reaching more clients. But I’m grateful for where it all began at 22, with a pressure washer and a dream.
